Drivers of Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intentions in the Case of Serbian Students

The present research aims to establish the antecedents of sustainable entrepreneurial intention, having as reference theoretical framework model event and planned behavior, integrated adapted context entrepreneurship. At level investigated population, consisting 150 students from two Serbian universities, empirical results emphasized that: personality traits environmental values are significant direct predictors behavioral characteristics; education characteristics have an indirect influence on intention being mediated by desire feasibility entrepreneurship perceived respondents. As utility research, current study is among few that tried integrate expand competing models in order intent. adopted variables specific for traits, determinants intention. practical level, validation emphasizes stimulating youth’ applicability future academic endeavors. In stimulate intentions, validated indicates governmental university decision makers need implement programs promoting integrating sustainability into youth.
